How To Enable Grayed Out Form Controls in Excel

What do you do when you want to insert form controls? You will just follow the path as Developer tab > Controls group > Insert and you now you could see Form Controls dropdown. Here, you could see three controls are grayed out. Jordan highlighted them in the video below.

Now, the question is how can we enable them?
